Leadership

Jennifer has been the General Counsel of project44 since 2021 and is known for her practical judgment, business acumen and integrity. 
 
Previously Jennifer was the General Counsel, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer for Transdev North America, Inc. the largest private multi-modal transportation company in North America with over $1B in annual revenue and 15,000 employees with transit, rail and autonomous vehicle operating contracts in the US and Canada. 
 
Jennifer also spent 17 years at United Airlines in a variety of legal roles and responsibilities. She began her legal career at the City of Chicago. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa and received her law degree from the University of Chicago. 
 
Jennifer has also been involved in numerous non-profit boards most recently serving as the co-chair of the Board of The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence, a non-profit umbrella organization for domestic violence organizations, where she continues to serve as an Advisor. She currently is a partner in Social Venture Partners, which invests in innovative and scalable Chicago area non-profit organizations.
